Terms & Safety Rules
SEEKVERA is an information, discovery, referral and marketplace interface. Third-party sellers and providers are responsible for their listings, ownership, permissions, legal compliance, delivery and service performance.
1. Lawful use only
You may use SEEKVERA only for lawful products, services, travel, property, jobs, businesses and information. You must follow the laws that apply to you, the item or service, and the country where the activity takes place.
2. Prohibited marketplace content
SEEKVERA does not allow listings, requests, images or promotions involving prohibited or unsafe content, including:
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives and weapon accessories intended for combat or harm.
- Military or police uniforms, restricted combat/security equipment, armored combat vehicles or restricted military material.
- Explicit nudity, pornography, sexual services or exploitative sexual content.
- Controlled or illegal drugs and related unlawful sales.
- Stolen property, counterfeit goods, fake identity documents or forged official documents.
- Scams, fraud, impersonation, deceptive claims or attempts to obtain money or personal information unlawfully.
- Human trafficking, child sexual exploitation, terrorist or extremist merchandise/propaganda.
- Doxxing, private personal data, private documents or images of people shared without proper permission.
- Any other item, service or content that is illegal, unsafe or restricted by applicable law or SEEKVERA safety rules.
3. Ownership, authority and consent
By posting an ad, you confirm that you own the item/property/content or are authorized by the owner to advertise it. You also confirm that you have the right to use every photo, video, document and description you upload. You must not advertise another person's house, land, vehicle, business or belongings without permission.
You must not upload private people, private documents, personal data, military/security material or other restricted content without lawful authority and consent.
4. Safety review and removal
New marketplace ads may be screened by automated safety checks and may remain pending until reviewed. SEEKVERA may reject, hide, remove, restrict or preserve records of content that appears unsafe, unlawful, misleading or unauthorized. Approval is not a guarantee that a listing is genuine, legal in every jurisdiction or risk-free.
5. Seller and buyer responsibility
Users must verify identity, ownership, title documents, product authenticity, licences, permits, prices and payment instructions before completing a transaction. SEEKVERA is not the merchant of record for ordinary third-party listings unless a specific transaction clearly states otherwise.
6. AI and automated tools
SEEKVERA AI may refuse requests that involve prohibited or illegal goods, services or content. Automated moderation can make mistakes, so suspicious content may also require manual review. Users must not try to bypass safety checks by changing spelling, using coded language or hiding prohibited content in images.
7. Reporting and legal requests
Users may report suspicious or unlawful content. SEEKVERA may act on valid legal requests and may preserve or disclose information when required by applicable law, court order or lawful authority.
8. Health, travel and other information
Health content is informational and is not a medical diagnosis. Travel, safety, legal and financial information can change and should be independently verified when the decision is important.
